| Weekend Warrior Tours & Outfitters Cancellation Policy |

Weekend Warrior Tours & Outfitters reserves the right to cancel scheduled and reserved tours due to weather and lack of participation. For all private tours we require 48 hour notice of cancellation prior to a private tour. Any cancellations within the 48 hours of the day of the event/tour will result in a 50% charge to the individual in a store credit to be put to a future tour/event. Any day of event cancellations will result in a 100% non-refundable charge. We are not responsible for for any lost or damaged, articles of clothing, electronics, or equipment that are brought on a tour by the customer. |

| TOUR OF THE SHORE TRIATHLON |

12th Annual Tour of the Shore SATURDAY NOV. 6th, 2010
Due to scheduling conflicts, this years date has been changed. For information and applications please email us your mailing address and an application will be sent to you.
The 12th annual Tour of the Shore Beach Triathalon will be held on Saturday, November 6th, 2010 in Amagansett, NY. Contestants will paddle 2.5 miles across Napeague Harbor, mountain bike 11.5 miles in hither hills and then run 4.5 miles from Napeague Harbor Road to Lazy Point, Amagansett. The race will benefit the paddlers for humanity fund. Pre-registration ends Oct 19. Day of race registration will be from 8-9 am. Race start time is 9:30 am. Individual $55. Relay $95. Kayaks can be provided for $10. Email us or call us for further information and registration forms.
DIRECTIONS: From Montauk Highway, take Cranberry Hole Road to the Lazy Point Road boat ramp.
